There is also fear…”can I really do this, at this time…in this way?”…a deep knowing of what is to come…sleepless nights, rough trips to the grocery store, potty training, the first day of school, adolescence, the need to have the last word, learning how to drive…(pause while I take a deep breath…)

Can I be a good mother and balance all of the craziness that is my life…again…with this lone child at the end of a chain of five kids?

The end of pregnancy is one long contraction, a deep going inward that occupies most of your thinking and feeling space inside of you. As my belly is growing and I move towards the birth of my child, all of the details of life seem to disappear.

I call it pregnant-brain syndrome. (I spend a lot of time walking up and down stairs wondering just what I came up or down for…)

I write all the details down now. My desk is flooded with little notes to myself. But, in spite of my diligence, I mostly ignore these notes. It’s not that I don’t want to stay on top of things. It’s just that I am in a highly refined simplistic mode.

As my brain and my consciousness contract, my heart is simultaneously expanding. It is so clear to me that the true point of life, or at least my life, is to live and breathe love. And right now, all the little details and even irritations don’t seem to matter.

I am focused on birthing a child and with that I know I am on the cusp of a new Big Love.

I remember the shock I felt when I had my first child. I wasn’t prepared to love so deeply and so violently. As I stared at my beautiful curly-headed, chubby, blonde baby I would have terrible fantasies about what lengths I would go through to save him if something should happen to him.

The love of a parent gives you the courage and the strength to throw yourself down in front of a moving truck to protect your child if need be. Some call is biological imperative.

I think its love.

Love is simple, but complicated. Some of our greatest acts of love are our most painful. Certainly there is no greater arena than parenting that teaches us to let go and enjoy the departing flight of our loved ones as they leave the proverbial nest.

Oh, yes, we want them to stay. Oh, yes, we want to grab their tail feathers and beg them to come back or take us with them.

But if we succeed in holding them back, we are not acting out of love, only our own selfish need to not feel the bittersweet pain.

Isn’t it interesting how we struggle sometimes to commit these great acts of love in other parts of our lives? I am grateful to have been a mother. It certainly has made me a better friend and lover over the years. (Although letting go is still the part I hate the most…)

Childbirth is a big letting go. Those of you who have had the experience of birth know that you have no choice but to surrender to the process. The waves of “love at work” pulse through your body and you give in to an exquisite purposeful state that takes you the one of the biggest payoffs in life.

When I worked as a midwife, my clients who tried to keep control over the process always ended up with complications. If you don’t give in to the process, the process will take over and force you to surrender.

I always felt like birth was bigger than me. The process called me forth to serve my part but I was simply a piece of a Divine Plan.

The hardest part in labor is called transition. These are the last few centimeters of dilation before pushing. Personally, I don’t care what Lamaze teaches. It hurts like hell.

But, if you surrender, trust the process, you are in an altered conscious flow and the pain is manageable.

The first time I gave birth, I thought I was going to die during transition. No joking here. I begged my midwife to call an ambulance and take me to the hospital.

She simply smiled and said to me, “Take it one contraction at a time.”

Those words still echo in my spirit 18 years later. Take it one contraction at a time, has been my mantra for any transition that I’ve gone through.

Last night in my Inside the Body of God class we talked about our stories and the myth of perfection. Isn’t it funny how so many of us carry old stories and programming about getting Life “right” (…as if Life has this linear progression from birth to death, kind of like the “chain of being” evolution graphics in our old biology textbooks)?

As Lightworkers, so many of us buy into the myth that we have to navigate growth and change “perfectly”, keeping a smile on our face and always thinking positive.

Ugh. Let’s face it. Sometimes it’s hard and you want to call an ambulance and get some good drugs.

Evolution has never been linear. Several adaptions and mutations appear simultaneously. Many variations on a theme are always present. And some adaptions and mutations don’t work.

Growth, like evolution is never linear. It’s more cyclical. We deal with an issue, evolve and then we deal with a new variation on the issue.

Ultimately, deep down underneath it all, we are all simply having a human, third dimensional experience in learning to trust God.

And trusting God means that we are also learning that underneath all of this experience is only Love.

Pure Unconditional Love.

(That doesn’t mean there aren’t consequences and reactions to our actions. But we are always Love and Loved.)

What does that mean, really?

Being pregnant, I like to keep it simple. If you go back to the Torah, or the Old Testament, I think the whole journey of Life can be summed up in the story of Manna.

As the Israelites are wandering in the desert scared and worried about food and water, God gives them (us) the following instructions:

1. Don’t worry. I’ve got it handled. Everyday I will give you Manna. Manna is the perfect food. You can make it taste like anything you want and it will nourish you completely.

2. Don’t take more than you need. I’ll always give you enough and more on the next day. If you hoard Manna, it will simply rot.

3. If you need extra for a sick brother or sister, I will provide extra.

4. Your only job is to gather the Manna. You have to do the work.

5. On every sixth day, I will give you extra Manna so you can rest and enjoy the magnificence of Life on the seventh day.

Pretty simple, huh?

There is a cycle here. Each and every day you can choose to experience Manna in a new way. You’re always supported. Don’t change the rhythm or the cycle. At the end of each cycle you are given time to go in and reflect and then start over.

Our lives are cycles revolving around birth and death, cycles of renewal, cleansing, growth and endings.

We can easily grow and evolve when we align with the cycles. It’s when we resist the cycles (especially the starts and endings) that Life forces us to submit in more challenging ways. It is sublimely simple but easily made complicated.

This week I invite you to surrender to the cycles of your life and your reality. Accept the beauty of where you are in your life cycle, whether you are cleansing, purging and renewing or growing, expanding or even ending.

Love yourself as you move through change and transition. There is no “perfect” way to navigate through it all. It’s okay to scream and have a temper tantrum if that’s what it takes to get to the other side. Releasing that energy only makes room for clarity and peace.

Each step in your journey is really about growth and expansion. Remember to take the contractions of transition, one contraction at a time.

May you remember this week to Trust and know you are fully supported on your journey and may you remember that deep underneath all of this experience is really only the grandest expression of pure, unconditional Love.

I joke sometimes that I am a slow learner because I seem to make the same mistakes (or at least a variation on a theme) over and over again.

I used to think that maybe I was doomed and that some people can manifest better than me.

Can you relate?

When I looked to my teachers and mentors, I was often discouraged because they all seemed to say that this intentional way of life is easy and once you “get it”, only good things happen to you.

Oh, how I wanted that “perfect” life where only good flowed to me.

There was a point about three years ago when I think I hit critical mass and I experienced “overnight” success (preceded by 12 hard years of preparation and study.) The flow of “good” rained down on me every day and I was and am so very, very grateful for all the blessings I have received.

When I embarked on my journey as a teacher, I committed to being brutally honest with my students about the bumps in the road of life. Living an abundant life is simple, but not always easy.

I am shocked sometimes when people express deep gratitude to me for letting them know that I’m human and I have crappy days.

So, just to make this very clear, let me state strongly that I, just like everyone, have crappy days…(even months, if you want to know the truth.)

Challenging and unpredictable things happen to me.

I promise, I’m having a human experience 24 hours a day.

In the course of the last three years I lost the love of my life, had a couple of very difficult relationships, had some tight financial moments, struggled with my youngest son who hates school and got pregnant (very) unexpectedly at 43 years of age.

I am 38 weeks pregnant. In the last week I was informed that I need to move out of my rental house by the end of May, my baby’s father is leaving unexpectedly for China just days before my due date for nine weeks, I’ve decided to move to Texas and my assistant/best friend is going to Austria for six weeks so I will be running my business alone.

But is this “bad”?

No, not at all.

And understanding that this is not “bad” is the real secret to abundant success.

You see, what I think a lot of teachers don’t share so effectively with you is this: “Bad” things will always happen to you. They have to. We need the contrast between “good” and “bad” experiences to grow and deepen our clarity and our capacity to create.

When you understand the “bad”, it just doesn’t seem so “bad”. In fact, what you come to understand is that it is truly All Good and your challenges are merely Points of Evolution.

Life is all about vibration. A vibrational wave has ups and downs. A flat-lined vibrational wave is death. (Think about a heart monitor in the hospital. Flat lines are not a good sign…)

A vibrant life will always have ups and downs.

When we get slammed with the unexpected and challenging, we often ask ourselves the wrong questions. Shaking our fists at the heavens and asking questions like:

Why me?
Why this now?
Why does this always happen?

These questions never get you to that deeper place of understanding. Adopting a victim pose does nothing to help you use your challenges as Points of Evolution.

Instead, recognizing that the dips in your Life Vibration are there to help you grow and increase your awareness of what you intend, and help you navigate your way through the pain and the chaos.

What if instead of despairing and disparaging questions, you instead ask yourself this one very important question:

What do I want to be experiencing in this situation?

This one powerful question helps you gain clarity and immediately shifts your focus and attention towards the positive solution to the situation.

Remember, where you put your energy and attention is where you get growth and results in your life.

If you are focusing on the pain and suffering rather than your desired outcome, then guess what you will create more of in your life?

(Hint: It’s not “good”)

But if you, instead, focus on what you want, imagine the creative possibilities you are projecting forth into the Universe!

Of course, there’s a little more to this whole equation.

Answering the question of what you want is pretty easy. We usually know what we want. At the very least, we certainly know what we don’t want, which is a good place to start.

But once you’ve clarified what you want, you have to take some kind of action to create it.

Now, action can be a tricky word. It doesn’t always mean physically doing something. Action can be as simple as getting your head screwed on right by changing your mindset or adjusting your belief system.

It’s not enough to just fantasize about what could be. You have to start creating in the direction in which you intend.

So, for example, let’s look at my imperfect, perfect life.

My baby’s father is headed to China right before my due date. (BTW, he’s not a cad or a heal. It is just too good of an opportunity to pass up and he tried to push the date back as far as possible. I support him going even though I hate it.)

Step 1. (This happened two days after I released a lot of self-pity and whining…)
I asked myself the question: What would I like to be experiencing in this situation?

My answer: I want to feel safe and supported as I bring this new person into the world. I want to be cared for, loved and nurtured and to have the freedom to focus exclusively on the birthing process and to know that all is well.

(Once I completed this step, I realized that a lot of my intention is self-referenced anyway. Feeling safe and supported is my responsibility and I can certainly create that in my own experience and these are feelings that are not dependent on others.)

Step 2. The Action Part

In order to have the experience I choose, I need to take a couple of steps:

1. Visualize and meditate on my birth experience happening exactly as I intend.

2. Call my friends and family and find other people who are willing to be present with me during labor.

There are other actions I can take as well. They are not known to me at this time but I trust that they will be revealed to me as necessary.

3. Consciously stay in a mindset of positive expectation and trust that all is in Divine Order, even if it doesn’t all make sense to me right now. I know that this will pass and in hindsight, the bigger picture will be revealed.

4. Stay excited about meeting my baby. (This part isn’t hard!)

Lastly, in order to keep focusing on your creative intention, it is important that you look for evidence that what you want is already in your life right now.

So for example, I want to feel supported. I’m already being beautifully supported:

-Every day people who love me call me and check on me.
-My mother is coming to stay with me for two weeks.
-My father is coming to help me move in June.
-My kids have been super about helping out around the house.
-I have a really great midwife who I trust and feel safe with.

And for all this I am deeply grateful.

Let’s review these steps one more time so we can all practice together today!

Ready?

Step One: Ask yourself what you want to be experiencing in this situation.

Step Three: Search for evidence that your intentions are already true in your life and express your gratitude.

You may not be able to change the situation at hand, but by taking these simple steps, you will begin to immediately change your experience of the situation and position yourself to experience exactly what you intend and even greater miracles!

May all of your challenges become powerful Points of Evolution. May you celebrate your growth with great joy and delight. May you greet each moment with eager anticipation and stay in the flow of your Abundant Birthright!

Truth is, I still have a lot to learn about relationships and Valentines Day can feel like salt in my wounds some years.

I was blessed and cursed with very romantic and sentimental parents. They love birthdays, anniversaries and, well, pretty much all holidays. They’d spend weeks planning and secretly wrapping presents and swearing my brother and I into secrecy.

When I left home, it took me about 23 years to figure out that not all men are like my father.

And that’s okay.

My history with men has had a very interesting and steep learning curve. My relationships have been a catalyst for a lot of my spiritual growth and for that I am deeply grateful.

For years I tried to manifest my “soul mate”. I was filled with longing for the matching puzzle piece to my heart. I thought I found him a couple of times.

Over the last year, I stopped looking for him.

At first this was a kind of sad, resigned process.

But then it hit me. The love I am looking for surrounds me all the time.

It might not be in the package I thought it should be in. But it’s right here, smack in front of my face.

(Isn’t G-d clever? I love how things are always better than you think when you move your limiting preconceptions out of the way.)

The truth is, I’m deeply immersed in the most incredible love all the time. And that understanding has been one of the most liberating realizations of my whole life.

We all have set ideas about how we think love should look and feel. One of the things I have learned (thanks to the Human Design System), is that a lot of our relationships and interactions are dictated by our own personal energies.

So much of what happens between two people, “good” or “bad”, isn’t usually personal. It’s just the nature of who we are hard-wired to be in this incarnation and the conditioning we’ve learned to live out in our lives.

Some of us are, by design, not really into commitments. Some of us are great lifetime partners.

Some of us are flirty.

Some of us are serious.

Some of us have big life missions.

Some of us are here to play and experiment.

Some of us are critical and corrective.

Some of us don’t care about details.

And all of it is perfect. And none of it is personal.

If a person who wants a commitment and a person who feels confined by commitment happen to meet and fall in love, the person who won’t offer the commitment might actually still really love the other person. The lack of commitment may not necessarily be about the other person at all.

But, of course, it sure can feel personal.

The trick to recognizing the love that surrounds you is to get past the personal part.

The other trick is to get your head out of how you think love should look or feel.

And to remember love is also a verb.

How many times have you been madly in love with someone and they have treated you terribly?

And you think that is love?

Of course, love has certain emotional components, but the expression of love has to come with actions that are in alignment with the feelings.

Yes, love can come as a tall, handsome, sexy soulmate who meditates.

And you can spend your whole life looking for that perfect, unerring physical manifestation of love.

But don’t miss all the other places love shows up in your life.

Here’s a list of possible places to find the love that is already present in your life:

1. G-d
2. Your Spirit Guides, Angels, Crossed-over Loved Ones
3. Your children and all their friends
4. Your weird, pseudo-muggle boyfriend who doesn’t fit your “Soul mate” list in any way but treats you like a queen.
5. Your friends who stick with you through every single relationship disaster and keep telling you how magnificent you are.
6. Your dog. (I’d put cat here, but that’s kind of “iffy”)
7. The guy at Starbucks who remembers your order every time and makes your latte extra hot, just like you like it.
8. The look you give yourself in the mirror when you realize how incredible you are.
9. Your family, who drives you crazy, but shows up for every celebration and sorrow in your life.
10. Your clients who pay you for your services and send you notes of gratitude.
11. The auto finance manager who bends over backwards to find you just the right loan even though auto loans are kind of scarce right now.

You get the gist of this, right?

Love doesn’t have to be a grand romantic gesture.

In fact, at this point, I’d prefer that it wasn’t. I like the way love shows up every day. It’s sweet and consistent.

I wouldn’t trade a single hug or confidential conversation with my kids for a bouquet of roses and a diamond ring.

May you spend this day celebrating the evidence of the great love that surrounds you.

May you find that the list of evidence is longer than you can write and keeps growing every day.

If you keep up with quantum physics and even new psychological studies, we are continuing to gather scientific evidence that our thoughts, emotions and beliefs are the “magic wands” that create our outer reality.

But it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to review your personal life experience for you to see that your consistent thought patterns (beliefs) have created the life you are now living.

If we are honest with ourselves, it’s pretty easy to see how our mindset and expectations (good or bad) have deeply influenced our lives.

Our beliefs about ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, our finances, our value, etc. are the “programs” or “codes” that run the “Universal Computer” that creates the circumstances leading to our experience of our outer (and inner) reality.

And making changes in those belief codes has a noticeable impact on our life.

It’s simple, although not always easy.

What if you cognitively understand these principles, apply them diligently and are still struggling to see the results you are intending?

If this is your experience, I promise you, you’re not alone.

If you’re feeling stuck or you seem to have a pattern of creation in your life that you just can’t seem to break, it’s important to remember that your Soul has a higher intention than you may be aware of.

Our prime directive as Light Beings is to grow and evolve. We are always seeking to expand out experiences and ultimately live the unlimited experiences of higher dimensions while being in third dimensional form.

In other words, while we are having a human experience, our souls are working hard to master the experience of living in heaven while being here Earth.

It’s just a little harder to do that here because we have to move the mud with our hands for now.

And we live in a very influential conditioning field that begins to impact us emotionally, spiritually and even physically three months before we are even born.

But, here’s the cool part, we are never “stuck” in mysterious ways that we can’t figure out. You never create a reality that you don’t have the keys to change.

The answer is always sitting right in front of you. You just have to know how to interpret it.

If our minds and beliefs are the codes that run the projection of our reality, then the answer to being “stuck” is in our reality. Our world is always dancing with us in an eternal feedback loop.

Everything you see, hear, smell, touch and taste is a reflection of your belief codes.

And everything we experience is simply a metaphor for our core beliefs.

Your experiences with money, relationships, physical wellness, creative fulfillment, etc, are all out-picturings of your inner belief code and, although you can work significantly on your specific beliefs about money, love, health, etc,, this is usually just a superficial layer on your “spiritual onion”.

You may see some improvements by working on these beliefs but you will probably have to go deeper to maintain a more consistent experience of your unlimited birthright.

It’s pretty common to make some improvement only to find, after a certain time, that the issue revisits your life, perhaps in a different format.

**IMPORTANT POINT** If this is happening to you, YOU HAVE NOT SCREWED UP NOR ARE YOU SCREWED UP!

Your deepest intention in life is to grow and evolve. You created this next cycle to help yourself heal and grow on a deeper level. You’re just peeling back another layer on your “spiritual onion”.

At the root of all of your beliefs is the belief about yourself as an unlimited child of G-d. In the ultimate third dimensional life experience we can transcend all the perceived limits of the third dimension including time and space. In theory, we can manifest apples or chocolate out of thin air, walk on water and time travel, if we believe we can.

But, for most of us, our belief code anchors us solidly here in our third dimensional reality. Only a few, highly-evolved mystics have reached this level of transcending the collective belief codes.

But, that doesn’t mean that we can’t make miracles and magical living a part of our everyday life.

But in order to transcend to the next level, you have to know how to understand the “movie” of your life that is currently playing in your reality and how to translate this movie into information that will help you heal your belief code and deepen your understanding of yourself as an unlimited being.

Ready?

At the root of all of our limiting beliefs are three primary “wounds”. (I’m calling them wounds because I am using a healing metaphor. They are not so much wounds as they are mistaken beliefs or fears.)

1. G-d is separate from me and something outside of myself. G-d has abandoned me.

2. I’m not valuable, worthy, etc (even G-d has abandoned me).

3. I don’t trust G-d. (If I surrender control of this situation, who knows what awful thing may happen…I must seek the logical answer.)

(If you struggle with the term G-d, replace it with whatever word/s work for you.)

Healing these core wounds is a class and a book unto itself. If you have an intention to heal these wounds, you will create opportunities for you to grow and evolve quickly. Truthfully, it can feel like a scary ride in the beginning but if you are ready, I encourage you to embark on this journey with great anticipation and delight. This is truly the most fulfilling and rewarding path you can take in this lifetime (In my humble opinion.)

Here is a nice little affirmation to send you on your way:

I am fully supported, limitlessly abundant, deeply loved, and a perfect channel for Divine Creative Power. As a Child of G-d, I am valuable and all of my actions and beliefs reflect that value. I share this understanding with all others who I meet knowing that all of my Divine Siblings are also Unlimited Children of my Creator. I place my hands in
G-d’s hands each morning and trust that all of my thoughts, actions and words are Divinely Guided. I know that this act of supreme surrender each moment aligns me with my Divine Birthright of Abundance in all areas and I receive and give perfectly in Divine Order.

You don’t have to do much detective work to discover how these beliefs (and others) are playing out in your outer reality. Every relationship we have is the perfect mirror for your beliefs.

Now, I struggled with this one mightily for a while because I was attracting people into my life who didn’t seem to be mirrors of me. In fact, in some ways, they seemed to be the opposite!

Your relationships won’t be perfect mirrors. But they will reflect certain aspects of your belief code. Every thing in your life is basically a relationship and a great way for you to gain awareness of your belief code.

There are five ways that we can interpret our relationships:

1. Our relationships are the mirror of where we are currently with our earthly beliefs. This is the reflection of the “first layer” of your spiritual onion.

So for example, if you have a belief that you have to work hard to create abundance, you may have relationships with your job, partner, friends, children, or even your body, that requires that you have to work hard to get results.

2. Our relationships are mirrors of what we judge, in others and often even in ourselves.

Let’s say you have a judgment about people who seem to have no direction in their life. You may find that you are knee-deep in relationships (and feeling very frustrated about) with people who are struggling for direction.

You might find that in these relationships you feel rather smug about your own very clear, very defined life purpose and you want to “help” your friends and loved ones find their direction, even if they’re perfectly find with their “flow-ey” lifestyle.

3. Our relationships are mirrors of our broken-ness.

Often we are in relationships with things or people who reflect our wounds in life. How many friends do you have with similar life stories or experiences?

Sometimes this will also manifest as relationships with people who have similar qualities as the people we perceive to have originally injured us. This is why we are often attracted to partners and friends who end up behaving like our family of origin. We love it. It feels familiar. But we hate it at the same time.

When we heal our original belief codes, we find that we begin to create a whole different kind of relationship that is new, refreshing and unfamiliar.

4. Our relationships are mirrors of our greatest fears.

How many times has a relationship turned into your worst fear or nightmare?

For example, if you have a fear of being abandoned, how many times have friends and partners abandoned you in the worst possible way? Of course, it brings up the belief that “people always abandon me”.

But, each abandonment is really you creating a situation for yourself to finally heal the abandonment issue.

This is the beauty of our Soul’s intention. We are not destined or doomed to repeat the same cycles. We create these cycles because we are trying to get our own attention and finally move ourselves into a place of healing, not repetitive suffering.

5. Our relationships are reflections of our greatest acts of love. (See, there is something good and uplifting here, too!)

Love is all around us, even in our “worse” relationships. You just have to be sure to notice those good moments as well. Sometimes the “bad” in a relationship blocks us from seeing the good. In reality, there is far more good than bad always. Staying in relationship is really more a question of vibrational alignment than the weight of “good” vs. “bad” experiences.

I have created some writing exercises for you to help you understand exactly what your relationships are telling you and to help you realign these relationships with a belief code that reflects your Divine Birthright of Abundance.

1. Start by picking a relationship in your life that is currently giving you some challenges.

2. How is this relationship a reflection of your current belief code?

How can you rewrite this code to align it with your Divine Abundance?

3. Is there anything about this relationship that is showing me pieces of myself that I feel are broken or lost?

4. Is there anything about this relationship or this person that you judge?

How can you rewrite this code to align with your Divine Abundance?

5. Is there anything about this relationship that is triggering and experience of a deep fear for you?

How can you rewrite this fear to align with your Divine Abundance?

6. It there anything about this relationship that is reflecting love back to you?

Express your gratitude for the love.

Here’s an example.

Let’s say you have a pattern of creating relationships with partners who struggle to commit to the relationship and that you want, very much, to have a long-term committed partnership and get married.

And, let’s also say that you are currently experiencing one of these relationships with a man who you think you love very much but you are experiencing pain and frustration because the relationship isn’t moving forward and your partner still flirts with other women and is very busy with his work.

1. How is this relationship a reflection of my current belief code?

I don’t believe that men will stick around. My Dad traveled all my life and was always gone. I always felt unloved and abandoned, especially when he was away traveling on special holidays like my birthday. I felt like he didn’t care about me and that I wasn’t worth his time. His work and adventures were more important to him than me.

Turning it around:

There are committed men on the planet. Several of my girlfriends have great husbands who love them dearly. It’s possible for a man to commit.

I am worthy of a commitment and because I have this desire, it is, by nature already fulfilled. I just need to trust that a man who is wanting to commit to me is on his way. All I have to do is to stay open, trust and know that my desire is being fulfilled. I am a good and loving partner and I know that the perfect relationship is coming to me.

I am a perfect partner and worthy of love and being cherished.

2. Is there anything about this relationship that you judge?

I hate people who can’t make up their minds. They drive me crazy. Pick one thing and stick to it, I say.

Turning it around:

There are those who are here to be committed and enjoy commitment. There are others who are here to soak up and savor each moment and who feel free outside of the confines of committed relationships. This is normal.

In an unlimited Universe where each one of us is an individual expression of multiple ways of thinking and being, some of us will find freedom in being non-committal and some of us find freedom in responsibility and commitment. It’s cool that we have so many choices of how to show up.

It’s all just a choice and neither is right or wrong. Just different.

And I choose to attract commitment. It works for me.

3. Is this relationship showing me what is broken or feels lost?

Sometimes I struggle with my responsibilities. They feel heavy and exhausting, even though I love them. I seem to attract partners who reflect a certain sense of unattached freedom that I think I sometimes miss.

Turning it around:

I need to honor myself with more time off and personal care. How can I expect someone to care for me and cherish me if I’m not willing to do the same for myself?

4. Is this relationship triggering a great fear?

Hell, yeah! I am terrified of being alone. I’d rather hang out in a relationship that is a compromise than to be alone.

Turning it around:

I am strong and capable and enjoy my own company. I am valuable enough to attract and wait for what I truly want rather than settle for pain and frustration. My own time and company is delicious and delightful and when I am aligned with the magnificence of who I am and what I truly desire, I don’t have to allow the pain of compromise.

I trust G-d and know that I am fully supported. The source of all my good is within me and a partner complements that in me. I don’t have to bend or change to try to convince someone that I am what they want. They either know it or they don’t. If they don’t then they are not the one for me.

5. Is there anything about this relationship that reflects love back at me.

Yes, yes and yes. In the context of this relationship I have experienced deep moments of feeling cherished and appreciated.

I choose to focus on these moments knowing that they are signposts on my journey that are showing me that the love I am seeking is on it’s way and in the meantime, I am remembering that I am love, I am loving and I am worthy of receiving great love.

For years they have secretly been plotting the mysterious demise of George Bush. (Their personal campaign started around the time we began drilling for oil in environmentally sensitive areas in Alaska.)

Add a war and the death of innocent civilians and my children had had quite enough.

(This is not meant to be negative commentary, or even political, just an unbiased report from my home.)

My eleven-year-old chanted “Obama, Obama, Obama” all the way to school. My thirteen-year-old echoed her chant with a matching beat banged out on the back car seat.

As we drove and chanted, we talked about Martin Luther King, slavery and the manifestation of generations of seminal desires. It struck me that today we witness the manifestation of a “critical mass” of consciousness.

By “critical mass” I mean the minimum amount of shift in collective consciousness necessary to make a change in our outer reality.

Generations of people have been waiting for this moment for 100’s of years.

The desires and actions of each and every soul waiting over lifetimes have manifested today in the swearing in of our first African-American president.

While today is a paradigm-shifting, collective event, it is also an important reminder of the power of your individual actions and consciousness. None of this would have happened if we had not individually created the necessary collective shifts in our paradigms and our beliefs.

You are a very important piece of the collective puzzle. And your own dedication to your personal “critical mass” is an important contribution that you make to the greater good of the whole.

Contained within each of us is the holographic representation of the whole. Each one of our cells (with the exception of our haploid gamete cells) contains the entire code for all of humanity. You may not fully manifest each of these traits but the whole code for being human is inside the tiniest pieces of you.

The word hologram comes from the Greek words, holos (whole) and gamma (message). The entire message of humanity is contained within you. Your life experiences, actions and abundance consciousness are metaphoric, holographic pieces of the whole.

If we want to see the pieces of the “message” of humanity change, then we have to come together, piece by piece as individuals, until enough of us change the message and create the critical mass of a shift.

And the changes we want to see must be birthed into form within our own individual selves first. Committing to maintaining a critical mass of abundance consciousness within yourself is the most important act you can take in this lifetime.

If you want to live in an abundant free world where ALL people know how to create peace, prosperity and the fulfillment of their Divine Potential and you intend to consciously create a world where all people are well-fed, deeply loved, valued and educated in a way that supports the growth and evolution of their minds, bodies and spirits, then you have to create that for yourself first.

You have to reach critical mass within yourself. And as you do so, it is added to the collective consciousness of abundance until there is the necessary shift on a global level.

So what does critical mass look like on an individual level?

Have you been waiting a long time for something to “manifest” in your life?

Do you have moments when you stomp your foot in frustration or raise your hands up to heaven in despair?

“When?”

“Why isn’t it here yet?”

“Where am I blocked?”

“What am I doing wrong?”

These may be questions you may have asked yourself repeatedly.

Creation is a very specific process. It has rules and parameters that are logical, even though the possibility for magic is interwoven throughout the whole process. (But, even magic is logical. We just don’t always see the chain of energy that brings it about.)

Creation happens on a vibrational level. When you hold a thought, a dream or a feeling, you are creating an energetic vibration.

But, as you may have experienced, when what you are intending and visualizing doesn’t seem to happen, its easy to feel frustrated and focus your energy on some of the questions listed above.

Creation happens in response to energy flow. When you shift your attention and awareness to your frustration rather than your intention and desire, you are holding a vibrational frequency that is in opposition to what you are intending.

In effect, you are canceling your desires out by creating two mutually exclusive vibes. You can’t have something and feel frustrated that it’s not here yet at the same time.

So, in order to create critical mass, you have to hold the thought or dream vibration for long enough to create the shift in your energetic vibe necessary to attract the object of your desire.

And no matter what the outer reality looks like, you have to hold on to your dream. The minute to lose your focus, you shift your point of creation.

It sounds simple. And it is. But there’s more.

Because this is all about vibration, it is difficult to get your vibration lined up correctly in one area when you are “off the mark” in other areas. You can and will manifest something if you focus on it with positive intent long enough.

But it might not be sustainable if your vibration is all wonky in other areas. There aren’t really “other areas” anyway. Every manifestation in your reality is really about how vibrationally aligned you are with your Divine Heritage of Abundance.

For example, you might focus mightily on manifesting a new car. If you are diligent with your vibrational frequency, you will probably create that experience. But, if you hate your job, feel frustrated with your marriage, think your house is ugly, feel unfit and unhealthy, hate your body and wonder why bad things happen to you all the time, you may create the car, and lose it shortly thereafter.

Critical mass within yourself is about having enough focus on overall abundance and maintaining the vibration at all times. When you exist in a state of total vibrational abundance, then you get to keep the car, in addition to finding a way to love your job, improve your relationships, live in a home you love, feel fit and healthy and love your life.

Abundance isn’t just about one thing, or even money. It is about holding a vibration that is in alignment with health, wealth, love, creative fulfillment and freedom. Abundance is about being vibrationally aligned with G-d.

Yes, your personal fulfillment is very, very important, as I have pointed out. But it is also about being in alignment with abundance in the name of serving something bigger than yourself and adding to the collective consciousness of abundance for everyone.

And recognize that, in the bigger scheme of things, you may experience a lifetime of desire. Martin Luther King spent his whole life yearning for freedom. He never saw that freedom in his lifetime, but his actions and his desires and his sharing of his dreams were seminal to making it possible for us to swear-in Barack Obama today.

If you align with the abundance vibration, you will have a good life. It’s Universal Law. But there may be things we long to see in this lifetime that may not come about just yet.

In spite of this, we have to steadfastly hold true to the vision of the New World we intend to live in. We cannot waver or turn our eyes away from this vision, no matter what our current reality looks like today.

Our intentions and dreams are being added to the intentions and dreams of the collective. What we intend now, we dream about because others who have come before have held that vision for us. Our responsibility is to hold those dreams (and grow ‘em bigger!), take guided actions and pass our dreams along to our children and our children’s children.

And to never despair that it’s not happening fast enough. When we step back and take a bigger view of things, it’s all in Divine Order. (And do remember to stand where you are today, look back and take stock of how far you have come; WE have come.)

To quote our new president,

“With hope and virtue, let us brave once more the icy currents, and endure what storms may come. Let it be said by our children’s children that when we were tested, we refused to let this journey end, that we did not turn back, nor did we falter; and with our eyes fixed on the horizon and G-d’s grace upon us, we carried forth that great gift of freedom and delivered it safely to future generations.”

For the last few years we have been standing on the brink of this new time. We have faced a crossroads of consciousness. The question facing us has been has been will we continue to allow ourselves to allow ourselves to be victims of a destiny over which we perceive ourselves to have no control, or will we co-create a new destiny with intention and deliberate creation?

We are not longer on the brink. We’re now in the thick of it!

As Lightworkers, the last ten years may have felt very challenging. We chose to incarnate at this time to stand on the leading edge of consciousness and lead with Light.

The purpose of life is growth and expansion. As we know, growth cannot occur without contrast. We have to have experiences that we “don’t like” in order to gain clarity about what we truly desire.

While we stood on the brink of this exciting time, as powerful creators, we also experienced enormous challenges to deepen within us our clarity and resolve to create something totally different…a New World.

It’s not always easy on Earth. Research is now showing us that our belief systems and conditioning are being ingrained into our biology three months prior to birth. We are already integrating the belief systems of the planet into our bodies when we are born.

Starting anew, anchoring the energy of Heaven on Earth, requires remembering our Divine Heritage, but also rewiring our biology and old thinking patterns. No wonder it feels so hard sometimes!

But the difficulty we have perceived was only there to serve a purpose. The struggles to maintain mindset, to feel connected to God, to allow abundance in all it’s expressions and feel joyful, have only served to help us clarify what we truly want.

As Lightworkers, we have stood on the leading edge and held fast, even in the face of contrast and disbelieving friends and family. Our job has always been to push the edge of miracles.

We have chosen to stand in places and circumstances that we knew, on a certain level, were less than what we knew we could create. Many of you experienced frustratration, feeling deep within you that so much more was possible but you felt “blocked” to access it.

You weren’t blocked. You were simply holding space until we reached a critical mass of consciousness. Our vibrations our contagious. As we continue to raise our frequency, we have to wait until enough of us “catch up” until we can move to the next level.

Think about this. In 1954 when Roger Bannister ran the first recorded four-minute mile, it was a miracle. But this miracle soon became a common achievement for mid-distance runners.

Much like Roger Bannister, we have been breaking “miracle records” these last few years. Demonstrating and holding the vibration of unlimited creation is our job. We needed to hold to a specific level until enough of us consistently held that vibrational frequency.

Remember the movie, “The Secret”? Wasn’t it exciting to see what we all know deep within our hearts and souls come into the mainstream consciousness, finally? It’s not such a mystery anymore to think that our thoughts create our reality. Miracle and creative consciousness “limits” are being shattered.

There are four different stages of remembering our creative consciousness:

Stage One: Unconscious Creation
In this phase of creative consciousness you are unaware of how your thoughts and vibrations create your experience. This level of consciousness is essentially creation by default.

Most of us start out in this phase of creative consciousness. Our earth experience supports our disconnection from the memory of our true creative potential. During this phase it is easy to perceive yourself as being a “victim” of your life, subject to the whims of fate.

Stage Two: You Create Your Own Reality
This phase marks the beginning of reclaiming your divine power. When you enter Stage Two, you begin to realize that your thoughts and emotions create your outer circumstances. What you think about and dream about comes about.

In Stage Two you make lists and vision boards to help you create what you want. You direct the creative process and the focus is “manifesting”.

Stage Three: You Co-Create With God
In Stage Three you begin to realize that it isn’t just your thinking alone that manifests your reality. After experimenting with Stage Two, you’ve probably realized that “magic” and miracles happen. Manifestation often occurs in ways that go beyond what your mind thought you could create.

Thoughts and inspirations about “how” to create the things and situations you desire happen spontaneously and often without a lot of conscious intention.

Things are “better than you thought” and you realize that a higher force is working with you to help you create. And the things you desire to create often have far-reaching positive effects for many people.

Stage Four: You Are The Divine Flow of Abundance
Staying consistently in Stage Four of creation is a little challenging. Most of us will have flashes of Stage Four but to maintain this stage consistently is difficult unless you completely divorce yourself from the “real” world. This is why enlightened masters who spend years away from people and civilization can achieve this stage of creation more easily.

In Stage Four you are so deeply aligned in consciousness with abundance that all your thoughts, inspirations, desires and actions are abundant. You know no lack. All your needs are met, even anticipated before you have them. You become the perfect vehicle for the Divine.

You are in flow. You are the flow and you expect and align with perfect support.

We have reached critical mass in Stage Two of Conscious Creation. Now we are ready to collectively move to Stage Three and beyond.

We are consistently holding a vibration of support and co-creation. Now we hold this leading edge and wait, again, to reach critical mass.

The last ten years may have left many of you feeling battered and bruised. I know a lot of us have spent significant time looking at the sky and begging to “go home”.

But, we are home. Now is the time to truly embrace BEING here, not ascending and leaving the planet, but descending and bringing with us the vibration of love and limitless creation.

This year we witnessed an enormous amount of shifting and re-alignment. Anything out of alignment with integrity is crumbling and will continue to do so. And by integrity, I’m not only talking about treating someone fairly. I’m talking about integrity in terms of being in alignment with God.

You may have experienced this personally as well as on a collective level. What has happened with our economy was symbolic of what many of us have gone through personally. Old relationships with people, things and even old thought-forms that were no longer in vibrational alignment simply vibrated away.

Part of that alignment is being true to who you really are and to what you truly desire. We can no longer afford to compromise and settle for less. Compromise is out of alignment with God.

So is lack consciousness.

These last few years may have left many of you feeling weary, bruised and exhausted. But 2009 brings Hope. Your exhaustion is simply your way of clarifying that it is now time for you to allow for support and abundance with ease.

“Easy and Effortless” is the theme for 2009.

As we deeply entrench ourselves in Stage Three of Creation, we are now fully conscious and aware of the co-creative energy we have invoked and remembered.

Our outer reality and our actions must reflect our new level of consciousness. We are co-creating a new community and a new economy. In our new community we are being called upon to be deeply true to ourselves and to honor authenticity in ourselves and others.

We are a perfect puzzle. Each one of us, in our integrity and alignment with our True Selves, are perfect pieces of this puzzle. When we step out of our authenticity and integrity, the big puzzle cannot come together.

In the new economy, there is no competition and more than enough to go around. We have to take actions to support each other. Our clients have a “right place”. Some clients will be yours. Some will belong to others and none of us will suffer when we are in the right place. Trust that your vibration will draw to you your perfect clients. We must serve the bigger picture now and know that, as long as we are being true to who we really are, we are infinitely supported.

This year, stories of miraculous and unexplained support will become commonplace. We are clear now. Martyrdom and suffering are old energies.

Our businesses are vital vessels for bringing forth new conscious energies. We are moving towards “conscious capitalism”. Spirituality and business can no longer exist as separate energies. Businesses that seek to serve others and help move the collective to the next level of Creative Consciousness will thrive and grow in the ways you have been dreaming of for years.

We have entered the Era of the Lightworker.

But you must do your work. This time still requires due diligence both in consciousness and action. In a time when the perception of time itself is speeding up and technology has advanced to such a degree that we can kill people at the push of a button, we have to ACT responsibly and in alignment with consciousness. You have a responsibility as vessels of Light and leading-edge consciousness to work diligently to live out this new consciousness.

Your actions are a part of generating a vibration. Your vibration affects the world. And the time between thought, action and manifestation is getting shorter and shorter. We can not afford to be lazy or sloppy with our thinking and actions.

Be a smart businessperson. Educate yourselves and become masters of the marketplace. There is an opening now for us, but we have to take action and step into it.

Take care of relationships. Avoid blame and remember to always seek the point of creation of conflict within yourself first. Be quick to forgive. Move on from situations that do not honor your Divine Magnificence. Hold a vision of co-creation and peace always.

Honor yourself and celebrate your magnificence. You are a unique individuation of the Divine. You are a child of God. Take care of yourself in every way.

We must come together and talk about the world we choose to live in. If we are going to co-create, we have to communicate and ask ourselves and each other what we want. No matter what the outer reality may look like, we have to steadfastly hold the vision of a New World. There will always be contrast and realignment.

It is crucial that we practice alchemy and release the past. Now is the time to actively apply the 13 Key Disciplines of Thriving:

1. Release That Which No Longer Serves You
2. Let Go Of Your Past
3. Stay Out Of Doubt
4. Listen to Your Emotions
5. Diligently Tend To Your Vibration
6. Remember Who You Are And Why You Are Here
7. Ask For What You Really Want
8. Pray For Your Evolution Every Day
9. Practice, Practice, Practice
10. Create Community
11. Be Honest And Authentic
12. Trust in Miracles
13. Be Deliberate And Remember Choice

I work hard to be a good role model because I know that I have to walk my talk to be a good teacher.

But I sure do have my human moments…

Truth be told, I’m pretty good at manifesting business, but I am still growing in the relationship arena.

And I’m pregnant.

For those of you who have experienced or witnessed pregnancy, you know it’s not the most emotionally stable condition a woman can go through. I can shift from murderous rage to despair to bliss in a matter of 10 seconds.

But, I’m kind of loving the emotional intensity. It’s raw, authentic and kind of healing. I don’t waste words right now. I sort of shoot from the hip, like a powerful verbal gunslinger…

It’s good for me because I was trained at an early age to be very nice and very happy. I’m liking my pregnant Dark Side…

Last week my kids were battling some flu-like monster for the third time this season. I was up several nights in a row with coughing, sick kids. (Yes, they can still keep you up even when they are teenagers…)

By the third night I was not only pregnant, but significantly sleep-deprived!

Now, I may not always reveal this to you guys, but I allude to it in some of my classes. There is a part of me that has a sick lust for self-inflicted misery. Sometimes I just plain like feeling sorry for myself!!

Sleep deprivation mixed with a little hormonal volatility made for a nice night of torturing myself in bed while I could have been sleeping. In the span of four moonlit hours I managed to dredge up and remember (and cry about) every emotional betrayal I’ve ever experienced at the hands of a man.

As each hour marched by, I became more and more convinced that I am one of “those kinds of women” that men “just don’t love.”

Ugh!

At one point I imagined myself as one of my clients and wondered what I would say to myself if I called myself for an appointment…(does that make sense?).

(I probably would have given myself a swift kick in the pants…)

Finally around three am my Spirit Guide, Thomas, couldn’t take it any more and began to yell at me with his ethereal bullhorn.

“You’re turning this into a story,” he said.

“Your emotions are telling you that you’re out of alignment with your intentions,” he said.

“The intensity of your feelings are very powerful. You are being VERY creative right now,” he said.

(“And can’t a guy get some sleep on this planet and is it too late to apply for a transfer…,” he thought to himself.)

Of course, he was right.

One of the most powerful channelers I know, Sheryl Blumenthal, once said to me, “Some people go through hell to become holy.”

Now, I’m not a big fan of martyrdom. It’s easy to interpret the above statement as an endorsement of suffering to become enlightened.

I don’t think you have to suffer at all.

But, invariably, we do go through a wide range of emotions in this human experience. We have to.

And our true “holy-ness” comes when we intentionally master the creative process in the third dimension. We need hell to help us get clarity about what we want to create.

Let me explain:

Happiness is the base-line frequency of your vibrational wave when you are feeling abundant and prosperous. A base-line frequency of happiness is natural, normal and healthy.

The happier you feel, the faster your vibration and the more you attract experiences that reflect your happiness. The faster your vibration, the less time you spend experiencing the normal peaks and troughs that come with a vibrational wave. Your wave is faster and the peaks and troughs are shorter in height and duration.

This is why when you feel good, it seems like you are not experiencing as much sadness or even extreme bliss. There is an even balance between the undulations of the wave and you barely notice the subtle shifts in your vibration.

When your vibration is low, you lower your base-line frequency from happiness to depression or frustration, the wave travels slower and the peaks and troughs are higher, more pronounced and last longer. When you slow your vibration down, it gets easier to align with chaos and to feel stuck in energies and situations that don’t seem to change very easily.

Raising your frequency requires deliberate thinking and disciplined attention to your emotional state. It’s a simple process but not always easy because it can take time to make a lasting shift. Remember, when you make the decision to make this change, you are often rewiring a lifetime of biology.

You can control your emotional state and the vibrational frequency you radiate. The trick is learning how to deliberately control your vibrational state and, at the same time, letting your emotional energy flow and communicate to you the way it is intended.

Remember, your natural state is abundance. Your body is “hard-wired” to be abundant. But, you are simultaneously vibrating and experiencing undulations on your emotional wave. You will vibrate faster when you focus on your abundance, success and experiences you want to have.

Your vibration slows down when you think about your perceived blocks, pains and limitations. These thoughts take you away from your abundant vibration.

You will ALWAYS have experiences that may seem “bad”. You NEED to have experiences that don’t always feel great. Your seemingly bad experiences give you clarity to help you deepen your awareness of what you do want in order for you to expand and grow.

Think about this. What if you were always happy…no undulations on your emotional wave…just happy all the time. As much as we fantasize that this is the experience we choose to have, a pure happy sine wave, with no opposite experiences, does not vibrate.

And, as we know, a sine wave that is not vibrating is dead.

Life without the seemingly bad experiences is a life without the potential for growth. The challenge is allowing the emotions of the “bad” experiences to fulfill their purpose of helping us gain clarity and evolve, and to not get stuck in the negativity.

We have a tendency to judge our emotional experiences as either good or bad. Emotional energy is simply the DNA of your soul talking to you. It is neither good, nor bad. But when we label certain kinds of feelings as bad, resist them and define ourselves by our experience of them, then we run the risk of identifying with the low end of our sine wave, placing our focus here and consequently slowing the vibration down.

Try this. Say these statements slowly to yourself in the mirror:

I am sad.
I am tired.
I am depressed.
I am angry.
I am frustrated.

I am happy.
I am glad.
I am joyful.

Can you feel the difference in the energies of these statements? We are not our emotions. To say you are your emotions is the same as a screen door saying that it is the wind. You are experiencing your emotions and they are talking to you, giving you direction and helping you clarify your direction and desires.

The minute you identify with your emotions and “become” them is the minute you begin to trap yourself in a “story” that takes you away from your natural abundant state. Your emotions are supposed to flow through you, as the wind blows through a screen door. Your job is to listen to them, and use them to gain clarity and a deeper understanding of your Desires and beliefs.

Your feelings are the compass of your soul’s journey. Your emotions are simply letting you know whether you want more of a situation that feels good or something different from a situation that feels bad.

Creation always starts with a Desire. Your Desires and Inspirations are God whispering your life’s direction to you. As you experience your Desire, an aspect of your Unlimited Self is already living the Desire. In the third dimension, our perceptions can be limited by time and space. The expanded aspect of ourselves lives outside of the confines of the third dimension. Desires are fulfilled instantly.

So, when you have a Desire, there is a part of you that is already living it. In order to have the Desire fulfilled in the third dimension, you have to be vibrationally lined up with the experience you are wanting. Your emotions indicate to you whether your vibrations are lined up or not.

The more intense your emotions, the bigger the Desire. That’s why some of us seemingly experience greater trauma and drama. We want big things. We live big.

I realized that night that what I was really doing while I was sniffling and whining away in my bed was helping myself get clear (really, really clear) about what I want.

And the intensity of my emotions were not indicative of my level of dysfunction, but rather, showing me that I really, really, really want to experience a big love.

I was, of course, not yet energetically lined up to attract Big Love, but my feelings helped me get clear.

I might not experience Big Love in this lifetime but I will have it sometime in my experience. It’s Universal law.

(And in the meantime, I will keep acknowledging the evidence that I have in my life right now, that I am already experiencing Big Love in so many other ways…I mean, y’all should meet my dog…)

You may not have big feelings about love in your life. But I’ll bet there is something in your life that you have big feelings about.

Maybe you’re frustrated or frightened or even angry about your finances.

The more intense your feelings, the bigger your desires. You will receive in accordance with the intensity of the desire.

The next time that emotional intensity keeps you awake, remember, Big Money is on its way to you.

Feel your feelings. You need them. Use them to get clear and then celebrate your creation in progress!

New research shows that in a social network, happiness spreads among your whole group of friends and family. Even your friends of your friends of your friends will experience more happiness if you are also happy.

Happiness is a attractive, high vibrational state. When we hang around happy people, we feel happier because frequencies and vibrational states modulate or work to match each other.

And when we are happy, we positively influence those around us.

Here is why I get excited about this.

Last night I was reading another research study about the effects of emotions on DNA. In one study, scientists removed DNA from tests subjects, placed the DNA in special, sealed containers and then placed the containers at the top of a big building. The DNA donors remained on the lower floors of the building.

As the scientists evoked a variety of emotions from the DNA donors, the separate DNA on top of the buildings reacted instantaneously to their “owners” emotional changes. When the donor was happy, the upstairs DNA strands relaxed and expanded. When the donors were sad the DNA coiled tightly and become more “dense.”

If our emotional responses affect our DNA and presumably our physical well-being and our emotional condition can be influenced others, then it stands to reason that our well-being can actually improve or “heal” the well-being of others.

In other words, when you feel good, you help others feel good.

(BTW, sadness did not influence others as much as happiness. Happiness was much more contagious.)

Right now we seem to be facing a big economic shift. The news said today that in November of this years, we had more job losses reported than we’ve had in 34 years.

Depending on your point of view, this information can create an experience of depression or despair, and, of course, lack consciousness.

And, even though this “dense” vibration is not as contagious as happiness, it is still influential.

Be honest. How many conversations have you had recently about “The Economy”?

Have they been inspirational and uplifting conversations?

When we are sad, worried, stressed and depressed, we shut down the solution-finding centers in our brains. It becomes physiologically challenging to solve problems and we just “react” in fear to our emotions.

One of the most important things we can do during these economic shifts is to diligently tend to our emotions and our vibrations.

When you stay relaxed and happy, your ability to find solutions and stay creative expands.

I think we have a powerful mission in front of us. It’s is truly a joyful mission!

I say that if our happiness is contagious and has a positive influence on those around us, then, at the very least, those of us with the privilege of carrying this knowledge, can embark on a powerful mission of spreading happiness, optimism and joy each and every day.

Think about how much more deeply you will be committed to maintaining your own state of well-being when you understand what a powerful, positive impact your happiness can have on the world around you.

I invite you to start each day with the following intention:

Today I intend to stay happy. I know that my real job is to pursue my happiness each and every day. My happiness comes from my inside my heart and mind and no person, place, thing or experience can take my happiness away. I enthusiastically say “yes” to opportunities that expand my happiness. I delight in knowing that my happiness is contagious and I secretly savor the delicious spread of my happiness “virus”. I watch happiness grow and expand all around me and I am grateful to be a part of the spread of well-being and abundance on this planet.
